Vacuum Edge-cleaning Solution
-
Our self-developed edge sensor can assist the robotic vacuum cleaner in planning its path more clearly, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency. When the robotic vacuum cleaner is cleaning along the walls or in the gaps between furniture, this sensor enables it to maintain a distance of approximately 10 to 20 millimeters from the wall edge. In combination with the operation of the side brushes, it can more effectively clean the areas along the walls and in the gaps.
Meanwhile, it ensures high-precision distance measurement performance. It has several advantages, such as being unaffected by the color of the floor, being capable of detecting millimeter-level height differences, having a small size to save space, and supporting the series connection of multiple sensors. It can address all the pain points in the application of the currently mainstream infrared phototransistor pairs.
